1) You must have a null-modem cable connected from receiver to your computer. The computer must be connected to internet.

2) Start sssp on your receiver. Probably Menu -> Installation -> Option [select SSSP for Seria Mode]

3) Start Ciliquer ici.exe

4) Enjoy.

I have null cable and usb to serial cable and set receiver to sssp and started Ciliquer ICI.exe but nothing happens. all it says portcom error/ dev/ttySO

Which channel are you watching? Some packages changes key often, such as JSC (currently does not work for me during world cup). Try Canal Digital at Thor 1W. Zap channels. If it doesn't work then you need to troubleshoot the computer itself - is the COM port active? If you are able to update your TM through the cable (patch or softcam) then the COM port should be alive.

I'm not familiar with USB 2 Serial - if they say it is equivalent regular COM port then it should work.

iam havng problems with signal on hotbird at the moment. but thor is good its about 75%. I am trying with canal so will keeping changing channels

I can confirm USB/Serial lead does work. If not, it`s probably down.
