Qbox one not recognize HDD

Hello... could you describe the process that you made? And send us the "messages returned"?

It´s supposed to recognize by using "vfat" attribut of command "mount".

No message appears, is simply always detect the HDD message ...
When I insert a pendisk it detects, but HDD not!

You must have an extern HDD WITH POWER


If the HDD has a cable of about 20 cm. and no power it does not work.
