Problems with TP 12722 H 22000 19.2E

Hi Hustler (19deg East Astra) has a bar scrolling across saying frequency changed to 12722 H 22000. When I put this into my HD satellite receiver (Technomate TM7100) it's showing no signal? If I change polarity to Vertical then it is showing signal strength but only loads channels called FR3 & Data. Please can anyone help?

The transponder frequency is 12720h 22000 dvb-s2. Showing a good signal at the moment and channels scanned in without a problem.

Hi thanks for posting, I have tried on a different dish which works. The problem must be with the dish, any ideas what could be casing this as all the other channels are OK (even the ones on vertical polarisation)

Not sure what is causing it but there has been reported problems with this tp at times with certain receivers possibly which patch is being used.

Mmm, the thing is though the same receiver works from the other dish? My receiver isn't patched, I have an official card

For many weeks the channel 12344h has been scrolling their message.. with good picture..regarding frequency change to 12722h and also said you will need an HD satbox... Mine is a tm5400 non hd , but I could nt figure out why it showed no signal,,,as there are many channels on 19e that, although scrambled show good signal on the same dish. Other posts have suggested that some are clearing that channel but how it is sorted seems to be no answer yet. Am told the change takes place at the end of this month.
