problems with picture

I have å problem cannot get the picture good on dm 8000, its ok when start booting box, but it just changes when loading image , tried different images but still the same. Anyone???:confused:

Are you using HDMI or Scart, make sure its the HDMI or the picture will be crap also you wont get high definition to work.
