problem with displaying emu keys menu!!!

Nowadays sometimes I have problem with my Kaon200.
after keying in yellow-blue -green & menu on the reciver's display there is cas system indicator but on the TV screen there is no EMU page.
for your convenience I must say that the problem is eradicating by downloading a new KKE+ , but I want to know Why it is coming up?
