problem to see some channels on pc

hello fellas
I have a problem to see some channels free on pc I have no image but have sound what is the problem?
on TV these channels work well
I have winclip 3.0.0, plug2.4.0 and gbox

check the Audio/ Video setting from Winclip.

"load a Graph file": MajorDScaler.GRF

I tried what you said and did not work, version 2.9.9 worked well
will be missing codecs in xp?

i use the old 2.9.9

but you can install the cyberlink codecs...or other codecs

I installed some new codecs and works well
