If your motor is working with another Dreambox then i would first check you have usuals still setup correctly on the 800.

Also if you use the advanced settings option then you can select the increased voltage option that give a little more power to the motor.

If this does not work and usuals is setup correctly i may be a corrupt image and it is worth re-flashing to see if that clears up the problem.

Ok mate

So have you tried applying the increased voltage option?

With the 7020 having intermittent problems i suspect it the old case of the low amperage output from the 800 and 7020 causing the problem.

If the increased voltage option does not work then consider the following.

How old is your coax and is it of good quality CT100. Old cable can build up a resistance and stop some of the power getting to the motor.

Also look at you LNB power consumption if this is high then try another make with lower power consumption that will free up power for the motor.

Hi
I test 1 time with DM 800 increased voltage and works then change receiver to DM7020 not works but i heard voice of rotor try to turn.
then with DM7020 i chose 40 ma,rotor works but little slow!
i use good cable coax RG6/U about 7 years old with fix connection.
The rotor works about 7 years.
But my qustion if i chose increased voltage yes,not make any problem for my DM800?because rotor try to use more ampere.
Thanks

No mate

You'll cause no problem to your 800 selecting increased voltage option.

It is there for long cable runs but helps with motor problems.

I would replace your cable new ct100 will make a difference on a Dreambox powering a motor.

Check voltage at lnb end with 800/7020 powered on and trying to turn the dish, if not ok, do same at dm tuner. If that's ok it's more than likely your cable (probably moisture inside) relace it. If voltages ok your rotor is probably slipping gears/teeth probably due to age.

If it wasn't intermittent I'd probably say first thing to check was you didn't accidentally set a limit during a setup/scan.
