Are you guys all testing the same sat?
If keys work for some means they are valid.
Maybe you guys might need to investigate.
Maybe try them in Powervuemu,if they work,then your receiver is the problem (old firmware,reboot,that sort of thing)

They work for me using DVBDREAM and Powervu emu.
Not tried anything else yet as I don't need to as I have receivers that currently clear it anyway.

Could be also you have another service 0066 for other channel in another sat and your line does not define a key number,Oscam is picking up another key.

In my oscam softcam key file, I am entering the keys for every individual AFN channel.
Example......

P 0009006D 00 91FF1DFC1FEA69 ;AFN Movie Channel , 11804
P 0009006D 01 16811F287607A6 ;AFN Movie Channel , 11804
