please help

Hi all.
I have ramiMAHER-v21-dm800hd-01-05-2012 #ssl84b . the problem that when i want now to upgrade as the usual normal way by WEB, whwn i prees power and put the electristy and then STOP appear and take my finger out from power NO IP appear ?
Please help me how to apgrade, i did this methode before many times and work, only this time . IS there is any wrong with this image.

Simply go to setup menu and comunications.
Check waht is the IP of your box and make a note of it.
Get out of the Setup menu and repeat the previous steps to get into the STOP mode.
Enter the IP that you have copied in your browser.

Reboot your router and make sure you have powered down your 800 at the plug then press and hold standby down till the IP appear not till the stop appears.
