please help...no signal in external image.

Greetings to all
i have instaled blackhole image bootloader 76c on interne flash in dm 800hd sim 2.01.
i have also instaled an iCVS-Image bootloader 76d but i have no signal in the image of the external flash
please can someone help...​

Yes mate

The icvs image you have installed on the external media has a later kernel. When you have images on external media the kernel and oe type must match the image in the flash or your will get errors like this.

Then...images inside interne flash and externe flash must have de same bootloader?​

Well the bootloader is not always as critical as the kernel and oe been the same because the image in external will use the bootloader and drivers from the image in the flash, but if the drivers or something in the bootloader does not match the kernel then you have errors in external images.

Best thing to do is alway have latest image in flash and use latest images in multiboot.

There are so many variables these days it can make you loose your mind at times.
