Please help me view my Sky it card in DM8000

I just got my sky it card and I want to view it in DM8000 internal reader.
What is the best cam and what version to use, Also if I need config files..

I buy a prepaid Card from IT.

You need to ask the provider the BI or Boxkey.

I get my BI with the card.

next you need to install OSCAM +CCcam 2.1.3 Combo. this EMU is needed-because has the possibility to stop the KILLER EMM from Provider.

on old Cfg from CCcam 2.2.1 --I add --the following

on boxkey you need the number from provider .

dont run your card in internal reader -- only on CCcam--because you will lock him , veryy soon with EMM from provider .

only in Oscam CCcam

also a read that is safer to use a external reader-- but I´m not sure 100%.
maybe somebody will make some rmarks--if the Smargo is safer to use.

i think you have to update the card in your original box as AU is turned off due to bad emms from sky italia .

if you are using CCcam aswell put this N line in your cfg file .

N: 127.0.0.1 34000 user pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 256

now restart server . if you are using a box then stop CCcam stop oscam restart oscam restart CCcam .

everytime you change a config in oscam you have to restart oscam .

sky it according to a friend works with smargo usb plus only 1.3 version . if you are using a smargo .

if you are using a smargo then the oscam.server section needs to be changed accordingly .

smargo is probably the better option .

is this config working for your prepaid 093b card .

with cardmhz @ 357 what ecm reading do you get mate on your tv screen .

have you tried with cardmhz @ 500 or 600 ?

at the moment i have not found any new ecm whitelist for sky it , if found i will post it .

lb_weight = 101 is used for balancing the load on the card mate .

This post was long ago
I managed to run the card in the internal reader with oscam. A while back sky it attacked many cards and mine was locked with error 9994
As I understand from oscam forums it is not safe to run the card out of sky box at the moment. Your card could lock at anytime, don't take the risk.
My 2 cents.

the above member has a prepaid card so really has no need for any emms , just to be safe you take the precautions .

as for sky it locking the 093b cards , they are actually issuing the new card with caid 09cd .

but I see a message that is maxim recommended frecvency 500Mhz. I get in Oscam webinfo--that maximum overclocking --is 600MHZ
I decide to put the lowest frecvency possible .
next can be 358, 400 600 680 looking on Dreambox config Creator by B16 MCC
I dont see a reason to go at 600 MHZ --for what ? no reasom at all.

My first activation is needed in 25.10 2011.

3 to buy an official box from Italy with 50 euro --only for purpose of update the card?

i would assume if you remove the line unlockparental = 1 from oscam.conf

it should do the trick mate .

now restart .

as you have a videoguard system you would need the same type of box mate .

as i do not have the same card i cannot definately say if oscam will update the card . but as you say :

not a lot of money to spend as a backup just in case oscam does not update .

as your card is a prepaid card i thought you do not need to update it , it should come pre configuired for the period you have subscribed for ?
