Picture speed

Hello,

What is time difference in picture between sat. receiver connected to tv and pc card (tbs5925) connected to computer. What is the smallest possible delay. I read that sat. receiver is little bit faster.

It is going to depend on the processor in the kit.

STB receivers usually have a dedicated MP2/4 chip which I would expect to be optimised for the job, so what you have found in post 1 is probably correct.

Inrunning betting? Use a pci card (not usb) with a high spec processor like the Intel i7 5960X. Sure, its expensive but you will recoup that in winnings
