Picons to 0.8 and 4.8 swedish?

hi, i have 0.8 and 4.8 swidish channels and i want have picons made by Licher Pils.
I can find latest Sirius 4.8e Astra 4a SD Kanalreferenz 26.10.2010 and HD,
but i can´t find latest 0.8 HD Stand: 23.10.2010 and 0.8 SD Stand: 23,10.2010.
Where is the best forum to talk direktly to him?
so i maby can ask four mine one picon.

i have search on this site for 0.8 SD 23,10.2010 but i can´t find it.
where do i find it? ore can @baha2 uplode it?
i don´t speak german but i shod register me on IHAD forum later on.
