Partnerbox plugin: connection refused by other side

In the past my partnerbox plugin has wordked fine.
Something has changed and I do not know what.

I get the error message:

Connection refused by the other side: 146: connection refused.


....what can be wrong??
I don't know where the config file is located. Maybe by editing that I can figure it out.

Take a look at the web interface settings of the box refusing the connection.
