New Oscam-svn-5083 end new file oscam_slot_configurations.xml for Qboxhd.

Added new file oscam_slot_configurations.xml can add reader (Tivùsat, Mediaset, Sky, upper and lower) end (remote_cccam, added version 2.1.3, new line passwd) with the remote control directly from the panel softcam.
Fixed files oscam.conf (user and pass) for plugin OscamInfo.
Script update: restore only the files and oscam.server oscam.user after installation (see readme).
Add URL addons Q.U.T
Adds CustomButton (softcam)

all versions based on oscam 5649 are strong, but not good for Net@ed greece.Half channels are ok and half channels are not.Version 5501 is a bit better, but during the footbal matches is getting darker.Except this it has a problem on skyit, with some server providers.Need a version with no problems at all.
