where put the file oscam 4... mips tuxbox and oscam serv,users,conf....
in my dm800hd ?

That depends from you image, but there is not mandatory rule where to put the files.
For instance you can safely put the binary in /usr/bin, and all config files in one folder e.g. var/keys/oscam
Then chmod 755 /usr/bin/oscam, and start oscam with -c option to show where config files are: oscam -c /var/keys/oscam
(or put the keys where your oscam version is compiled to search)
