Opticum x403p sound problem

On any channel broadcasting dolby digital audio (mainly HD channels) my box will not output standard audio through the HDMI cable and my TV cannot handle dolby digital audio so I get no audio output through the TV.

Is anyone else having this problem, and is there a fix. I am using ALI3602_Lemontree_Proton_06020200_ps_1.3.86_By FFTeam.rar firmware.

It has been a while since I posted this and haven't received replies - I am worried that I may have a faulty box.

Please can anyone confirm if this receiver can downmix Dolby Digital audio to stereo sound or if anyone else is experiencing this problem also?

I am also experiencing this with the hd channels broadcasting in AC3(dolby digital) format.Unfortunately i am also looking for the solution for that.Currently am using the 1.3.81 firmware version. Please anyone with a solution we need your help.Thanks
