OPTICUM 9500 HD and AAC audio

Opticum 9500 hd can not play the sound of satellite channels that use the audio in AAC.

I tried the MEO bouquet from hispasat satellite and I have no sound in some channels using AAC audio codec.

Any solution?

I tried several firmwares and so far not found any that gives sound in channels using AAC codec like some channels in Hispasat MEO bouquet. Any help?

I still do not see (hear) 1/3 of MEO bouquet channels in Hispasat with my official subscription because the problem with the AAC-HE sound and this receiver.
I would appreciate a solution soon.

Hummmm... two weeks and no solution in sight!

This is not the only receiver that I have but I am very sorry that it does not work with sound on those channels.

I personally really like this receiver but if not get a solution soon I will consider selling it.

The manufaturer in Poland said that they do not have the license. but if many providers use aac audio they will buy it. I checked and I found out that a lot of Ukrainian, Russian and Hungarian providers are using aac audio. I have send the link to them where they can can also check by themselves.I told them that, if they do not move fast, then people will be buying competitors devices. I hope that will react soon. For your information: this is not a new issue, customers are facing this for while now and it is a shame for opticum , globo etc,

I do not know why but the provider MEO is back to old audio mpeg.

I hope they stay like that and give up the AAC-HE.

Still does not show the solution to the problem of audio HE-AAC and Opticum 9500HD.
It seems that the manufacturer does not want to know the problem and leaves consumers with no solution in sight.
I deeply regret not being able to use this receiver to see an official package of channels that I pay.
