opticum 4050c update help

hello
i have a new opticum 4050c and i want to flash it but no matter what loader, firmware i use i get ASH on display and the software is stuck at testing com port.
Any advice is apreciated .TY:mecry:

Software upgrade to make ASH appears, then close loader,
Loader start again and do upgrade, receiver is left on it.

If a USB cable to Seriel seek other drivers.
