Me too the same problems. First, during updating channel lists, the receiver become in crash, and now after updating firmware is still in ON no more comunication with STB.

The "On" only showing on led has happened very often, to remedy this, you will have to load firmware via RS232 serial cable, using firmware upgrade tool, have a look at the visual tutorial below, thanks L53.
