On toroidal T90 reception in Dublin, could I ask a specific question. I am receiving 39e 28e 23.5e 19e 16e 13e 4e 1w. Receiving all transponers on most of the satellites. 39e all transporders. However, on 1W I cannot receive many of the main channels especially those on 11278V such as Canal+ Emotion,Canal +First, Canal+hits ect. I am using an Inverto Twin 40mm LNB IDLB-TWNL40-PREMU-OPP. I have tested with other lnbs results the same or worse. It is basically the channels on the T1 footprint as per this _http://www.telenorsbc.com/templates/Page.aspx?id=735 Are others able to fine tune channels on the T1 footprint in Dublin or North Leinster? Any help very welcome. Thanks

Some of the scandinavian channels of Telenor have quite a "weak" signal as they are mainly meant for a reception in Scandinavia. So it depends on the circumstances (weather ...) if and how you get some of those channels. Toroidal90 and Dublin is probably at the edge of the reception. By manipulating the LNB you might get a little better quality.

I thank you both above for your help. Here just North of Dublin I cannot lock on the T1 transponders. I have manipulated the dish/lnb until I am exhausted but no joy. Ashame really as the good movie/sports channels are on T1 footprint.

2 renshai!
For Dublin T1 beam is strong enough to get stable reception on 90cm antenna. T90 is performing as 90cm antenna if you do not go off standard LNB-rail. Seems that you have LNB for 1*W on rail scale 20. Probably your antenna is not correctly adjusted. What if you put LNB for 1*W exactly on the middle of rail, would you be abbe to get good signal?

P.S. I look footprints here _http://www.satbeams.com/footprints/

@RimaNTSS thanks m8. It is raining heavily here so I try your suggestion first dry day. Thanks for the link most helpful. I set my toroidal using this _http://www.satlex.de/en/wavefrontier_calc.html
