In Merlin and Newnigma2, the current version 3.0.5 is available online on there image feeds.
Manual update if MST is not up to date in your Image, copy and replace the "MerlinSkinThemes.py" file to
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/MerlinSkinThemes..
