•Fix: don't crash when configured plugin is not longer installed

•play music files with MMP2 (if installed) --> with upcomming MMP2 update in the near future :)

•(replacement for ChannelSelectionRadio) --> own display screen with rds info, number zap

Merlin Settings
•New: option to always directly start a defined plugin on blue instead of showing a menu (attention: could lead to plugins no longer being accessible!)
•new: allow user to define which color button to use for plugins in ChannelSelection (red is still default)
