Not possible to record Euronews on 28.2E

Has anybody tried to record Euronews on 28.2E, I am always getting a 0 byte file. This is nothing to do with DE image as it doesn't work on either VTI and PLI.
Anybody knows if this was reported to Vuplus team? Could someone try on the base VU+ image?

I also cannot record a few channels on 16E satellite.

I here it is a driver issue and at some point it will be fixed.

Oldskul do you have channel and frequency details for those channels on 16E?

i had the same isue with that and with bangbabes 123 on 28e, and the solution is the settings i changed mine to vanibal and tyhe reccording is back working now.

He means he used other channel settings.

Its know that some settings have data which does not work with recordings and sometimes the channel is viewable but gives a 0kb recording this can apply to ant e2 box. However the Euronews recording issue does not fall into the same category.
