Hello, since the last 3 years I've got a problem with the astra 1 signal when it's winter and cold the signal is above 70% and provides a good quality image but as soon as the temperature reaches about 10 degrees Celcius it drops to between 30% and 0% so during the summer I can't watch the German tv channels.
Can anyone please tell me what the problem might be because the LNB, Disecq and cable must be okay otherwise it would be impossible to watch Astra 1 during the winter.
I hope there's an answer thank you. elllroy.

Best reason exactly is trees when they start to grow and leaves appear
or some other obstruction i had a palm tree that was causing some issues on west Satellites
chainsaw got started and dropped it some great burning as an added bonus to my clear signals : ) (y)

I can receive all year round the signal from Astra 23.5, Astra 28.5 and hotbird 13
Im sure that you got alingment issues and your signal on 19.2 should be almost 100% dont really matter how big dish you have it is 1 of the most powerfull satellites, on winter you loose signal cause of weather and only

In winter I've got excellent signal only in summer it goes down to 0 but the other 3 satellites keep going there's not a thing in the way of the signal beam

the same principal in a way happens in summer cause of solar radiation as a result signal weakens,in winter time the signal weakens cause of bad weather, since you got signal issues you need to realign

1st of all what is your setup exactly?
Hi, my set up is a Visiosat BIsatellite, 75 x 64cm dish, on the roof at a height of about 17m in front of the dish there is a kind of a rail with the 4 LNB's, Astra 19.2E Astra 23.5E, Astra 28.3E and Hotbird 13.0E from these 4 LNB's the signal goes to a disecq which switches to the needed satellite, my receiver is a VU+uno 4K se.

I had had a similar problem. I changed LNB and fixed it.
