NO CA Error

I try to flash my Dreambox DM800HD with DreamUp V1.3.3.4
But after upload flash loader show one message.
No CA found by 2nd stage loader, please contact support at dream-multimedia!
Then the Flash Button disable.
Plz help me...

follow the links from this post http://www.sat-universe.com/showpost.php?p=733043&postcount=2 and have a read through the whole posts in that thread, just make sure you get the patched image for your sim.
