no "backup" buton in dreamup

I try to make a full backup copy of my DM800 CH and move this copy on my PC.
The only method i know is with the program Dreamup.
I run Dreamup 1.3.3.4 patched , connect my DM800 and all seems to be fine , but after all i see masage : :box is in networked HTTP mode" and in Dreamup menu is just buton FLASH , no others butons like Backup or Ping....
What's wrong ?

search the forum for GP2 or GP3 flashbackup plugin there is a patched version for clone boxes if your box is a clone so make sure you get the correct one.
