nlb8340 panel plugin v1.1​

This goes for NLB mod only!​

version 1.1 ( the one in image is only 1.0)

Panel got a little bug fix for newcs on/off .
and now includes internet update of panel if one is available.
Check the * infront of internet update.

rename - nlbpanel.bin to nlbpanel.plugin after download.
and put into /var/plug-in
