Hi all, nice to see plenty of posts on this site.
Can somebody please explain how to use these files etc?
I have just purchased a technomate 1500 ci

hi jet, u can download the softcam file for the tm1000 series or even the latest patch file for it to your pc. then unzip the file which ends up with an extension as *.stb(patch file) or *.key(softcam file) and then u use a null modem cable and using the latest loader from the tm website just go to the menu and do a data transfer from the data transfer menu.
