Newbie,need more info for flashing vu+ uno by usb

Hello,i've buy a vu+ uno with OpenPLi-2.1-Backup 14/04/2012-KaYaCaN*.
I want to flash it with the last blackhole 2.0.6.
I must flash the boot cfe before flashing?

Hard to say even knowing the image it has on now, its not going to hurt reflashing the cfe even if its already been done.
