New VU+ DUO

I am thinking about buying one of these boxes after a returning my TM800 HD which has been nothing but trouble.

If you don't mind here a couple of questions:


Can you use a standard usb dongle to set up wifi as my router is upstairs and the box will be downsatirs.

If not can you use homeplugs as well as ordinary wifi on the same router as my sons have two laptops on wifi in the house.

What are the images like are the stable.

the images i have tried are great, i have DreamElite 1.3.2 in the flash with meoboot, i have the latest dreamelite, Vti, and a couple of others on the usb stick.

yes you should be able to use a dongle, but home plugs or a wifi bridge will do the job.

Im not 100% sure on the wifi dongle side but homeplugs will work great.

All the images are stable id say DE VTI and POD are my favorite images PLI and VTI are the best image for media playback Divx etc.
