New Patch For TM - 7100/7102 HD

Added: PowerVU (not softcam saveable/updateable)

Bugs: CCCAM not working with TNTSat EMU on RMC & NT1 19.2E and Delete the SVT and NRK 4.8E Viasat SoftN-D-S channels before install, as these channels no lock the receiver, do not open
