BD stopped and also confirmed that NO ATR presents if you try to re-write it.
Don't try to re-write your card just wait to find what hell happens.

Just reset card .. it happens "No ATR" to me all the time nothing to do with files ..just use old laptop/PC with RS232 9pin cable and Cas3 programmer ATR will reset ..this wont work using PC with Win 7/Vista and 9pin converter i have tried it many times .lol's !! ..seems to only work with WinXp and old pc .. But when ATR is Reset use your own PC/Laptop as normal and file will be written ok with ATR again and all will be fine .
