need help from grat masters

Dear Masters

I need to edit the nb501 softcam in urt form to add provider of IRIB and by giving the Biss code make a new softcam in order that the IRIB3 not to bee freezed during live football broadcasting programms .
Could any of our great masters help me to how to edit the urt softcams and do the above work?

you can open the rk with "Administration" tool from NBx01 manager.

but BISS not work with the NB 501

Do you see any way to add the provider IRIB with the following BISS code to NB501 softcam ?
11 11 11 33 11 11 11 33 11 11 11 33 11 11 11 33

Some receivers like strongs & Iclass have the ability to reach directly to the key table of this provider and making the change .
I need a way to do the same in NB501 .

You can add this provider and these keys to rp files but does not go working because the emulators rp_txxx do not support BISS system
