With dreambox 7025 the second tuner is managed with enigma2 based images. Unfortunately enigma2 is not implemented on Relook 400 and i think it's difficult it will be.
With Relook if you want to use twin tuner you have to install a dgstation based image (but they're are a litlle bit old images and not often updated).
