my flash memory is full !

Hi
I have re-flashed my uno , and i'm using BH 1.7.0 and haven't downloaded any themes , I've tried to delete some of the plug-ins , but my flash is 99% full !
Any suggestions? I'm a newbie ;-)

It's genuine , of course lol
may it's something wrong with the BH Image I installed ?

I've load i'm BH 1.7.2 and everything working great :D

It was the Web dev version .
