Thanks for the reply.Clark tech disec 1.2 positioner the positions are allready stored in the motor from my previous ipbox that worked fine with e2image.and also my spiderbox just put the same numbers in the config but it powers down the positioner on sat change regards.
So you have a list of positions with the numbers you stored them at good.
Follow this as above
Menu-Setup-Service Searching-Tuner Config and select DVBs2
Set configuration mode to Advance
Scroll to the satellite selection line and use the <> buttons on your remote to select a sat position.
Now Scroll to LNB and use the > button to select LNB1.
Now scroll to Diseqc select 1.2 then scroll to use usuals for this sat and select NO, this has to be repeated for each orbital position.
Then when you select no to usuals you see another option appear for the stored position number.
Just work your way across the arc say 45e to 45w scroll to use usuals for this sat and select no then enter the positioner number you have for the sat position you in on the 800.
Yes thanks Ferret, all makes sense, done that allready, when i change sat the positioner powers down, I have to turn it back on with positioner remote and change sat with the positioner remote as well. It is just like the positioner is not getting the command from the dreambox.
Reprogrammed the vbox and the e2 settings all match up but the same problem, My pal has the same box, same positioner same image, and exactly the same problem.Wonder if it could be the E2 Dream elite image.
Thanks for the replies although still struggling to move the dish correctly through the dreambox.
I am convinced it is an image problem. I will post back if and when i get it sorted.
