Is it essential to add caid into reader like this:

Code:
[reader]
label                         = emulator
protocol                      = emu
device                        = emulator
caid                          = [COLOR="Red"]OE00[/COLOR],0500
detect                        = cd
ident                         =
group                         = 1
emmcache                      = 1,1,2
audisabled                    = 1

Hello

I have a question for oscam experts :)

Can I use the patched version of oscam both for powervu channels and as a normal reader for cccam and mgcamd lines?

Is it possible something to go wrong if I put my cccam or mgcamd line in this patched version?

Yes, all the normal functions still work also.

make sure the emu reader has caid 0E00 and ident 0E00:000000;
the easy way is to delete the emu reader from oscam.server and restarting oscam (it will auto-create the emu reader if none exists)

My E2 receiver seems to be to slow as its freezing all the time.

Is there a possibility to encode PowerVu Channels in an oscam/raspberry or linux pc server - without DVB-S card - and send keys to Enigma2 receiver?

The emu reader is correct (with caid 0E00 and ident 0E00:000000)

I delete and restart in the same... but the problem remains...

It´s possible show me the basic configuration off Oscam files? (Conf, server, etc)?

My configurations are:

Oscam.conf
[global]
logfile = stdout
nice = -1
waitforcards = 0

[dvbapi]
enabled = 1
au = 1
boxtype = dreambox
user = user1

your user1 user needs to be in group one

oscam.user

[account]
user = user1
pwd = user1
au = 1
group = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

Yes, that's the reason why there is OSEmu.
You run it on a linux PC server.
When you zap on a PV channel, the OSEmu takes the stream from the box, decrypts it and streams it back to the receiver for watching. You need to add PV channels manually using a dreamboxedit and it's described HERE. Your PC server doesn't need to be powerful. I run it on an ancient asus eeepc 4g surf model with an atom 630MHz:)D) processor and it takes less than 10% of processor time.
