manual input transponder detail? amiko 8820

can anyone tell me how manauly input transponder details in an amiko 8820. Strange picking up bt on scan but no signal there when selected. If i put another box on same feed picks it up and working no problem!

be sure that in menu-installation-satellite installation the satellite you choose has the right diseqc options

then:
menu-installation-satellite installation-yellow button TP Edit-green button Add - manually imput frequency and symbol rate you are searching for.

Hi, thanks for that, can i ask when you say diseqc options would i only need to change these jf i was setup for different satelites?
Mine is just a fixed dish pointed at astra 28.2! thanks again..

of course in your case the option diseqc1.0 and diseqc1.1 must be both "disable"
(opzioni diseqc disattivate)
