Lost signal on Horizontal Frequencies in my DM800se

Hello Folks,

I have an original dreambox DM800se with OE2.0 image in it. I have 4LNB satellite with 4in1 DiSEqC. I'm having a problem with losing signal on Horizontal frequencies in LNB3 and 4!!!

I did a lot of hardware change and no luck....what is funny that when put my old DMM OE1.6 firmware, this problem disappear!!!

Anybody facing this problem and any suggestions!

Note: Every time I lose the H frequencies signal, I connect my cable to a Hivion receiver and the problem is resolved till I have to reboot the dreambox and the problem starts all over!!!!!!

Normally I would think the fault would be with the LNBs.

You could though swap the switch inputs of LNB3 and 4 with 1 & 2 to see if the problem moves lnbs that may tell us where the fault lies and if the problem does move LNB it is likely a switch issue.

DiSEqC is information for multiswitch to change from LNB to LNB.
14/18 volts from receiver says multiswitch what you like to look. (H or V)
2 LNB`s work (change H/V), so the box work perfekt.
so -I mean- your multiswitch is not okay.
