Lost Blind Search

I have just got my Vantage X221TS Combo driving my dish through a Vbox and it works fine. Trouble is, if I now try to do a blind search, I get a system message "Go to Satellite", when the dish is already on the correct satellite.

Does anyone have any ideas?

try to reset your box by going to reset factory or default setting then hard reboot your box. (but be prepared! you will loose all your settings though!)
