jsc update,help needed

hope someone can help.I have uploaded latest software for art and jsc,art has come back on but jsc hasnt.do i need to leave it on a particular channel.a further footnote,since showtime went down i just removed my card and jsc was ok but today it went off.any help would be greatly appreciated
