Issues with Remote Control

Hi All,

I have an issue with my dreambox 800hd (clone) remote control(black long version). Pause button will not work. I can not pause while watching live movies. I can record and play the recording and the button are working while watching recoded movies.

Hoping i can get help with this.

Could be a faulty remote but also the pause and recording button need setting up to work.

You need to set the recording paths for both the pause and recording buttons to work.

Do you have a Hard drive installed or usb ? If so have you formatted and mounted them. What image are you using

am currently using open pli image from sat universe
I have 500g hdd installed and it formatted. its working okay- i can record and watch the recordings.
The problem is the pause button.
I will appreciate any idea to make it work.

The pause button is the timeshift feature . When your press the pause button do you get a error message popup ? If so what does it say ?

when i press pause button it show as if it those not recognised the command.I have automated time-shift installed.

in Pli you need to change keymap.xml for the black remote, it goes in usr/share/enigma2

Hi,

I just discovered that my up+ bouquet button is no loner working, i download the keymap.xml file and ftp but no change.
Any help because its seem the file is affected.
