is it still worth buying

hi guys
is the following receiver still worth buying???
QUALI-TV QS-1080 IR HIGH DEFINITION SATELLITE RECEIVER
have read few reveiws and comments but cant make my mind up.
they seem to be selling for decent price on ebay.
any advice gratefully received

if you are after the 4.2.2 feeds then yes but if not then dont bother although it could also be used for a official card or a middle of the road system. choice is yours m8.:thum:
