and just for the record Right Hand Polorization and Left Hand Polorization does not equal Horizontal & Vertical Polorization usama2009 friend (only if your LNB is skewed would R = H and L = V or even R = V and L = H if skewed at an opposite 45° angle).
You can also modify internaly an LNB to skew it and make V = R or L or H = L or R, see ig0r's how to modify an LNB tutorial here:

The Only thing I receive at 18°W is Conad TV:
Intelsat 901 (18°W) - 11157H S/R 1600 FEC 2/3 (Spot 1 Beam) DVB-S (QPSK) 4:2:0 PAL, FTA
although looking at footprints for this sat I should also get A2 Macedonia FTA, but don't !
(And don't have HD or C-Band or L/R Circular Polorization)
