and just for the record Right Hand Polorization and Left Hand Polorization does not equal Horizontal & Vertical Polorization usama2009 friend (only if your LNB is skewed would R = H and L = V or even R = V and L = H if skewed at an opposite 45° angle).

You can also modify internaly an LNB to skew it and make V = R or L or H = L or R, see ig0r's how to modify an LNB tutorial here:

From linear in circular LNB

The Only thing I receive at 18°W is Conad TV:

Intelsat 901 (18°W) - 11157H S/R 1600 FEC 2/3 (Spot 1 Beam) DVB-S (QPSK) 4:2:0 PAL, FTA

although looking at footprints for this sat I should also get A2 Macedonia FTA, but don't ! :( (And don't have HD or C-Band or L/R Circular Polorization)

I assume you have an Ordinary Ku Band (10700 to 12750) Linear LNB, Sure someone will confirm but I think the Circular Polorization channels to which you refer are in the C Band, so a totally different LNB required. And (usually) much larger Dishes are required for most C Band reception.
