Format you usb-stick in fat32
Unpack tar.gz archive
save usb_update.img in you usb-stick
Install flash in tuner (standart procedure)
After firs load go to bluepanel - press blue-key
Go to Swap-manager-set swap size=128mb or more-> save setting
(dont press any other color key and do exit swap manager)
Go to bluepanel-settings-mount manager
Set sda1 or you like partition-press save-pres mount
(dont press any before procedure in finished)
press crete folder and exit
