I have problem with internal harddisk

Dear Friends
I just instaled a hard disk in my DM800 and I couldn't find any way to format this hard disk but in the setup the DM800 can see the hard disk, it gives me all the hard info from brand and capasity and I did initializing for it but when I try to record I got this messgae" Free disk size to small 100mb and the hard I installed is 500GB so what is wrong now I use Gemini image Version 5.0
Can any body help me in solving this problem please

Hello mate

That error is usually because the harddrive has been installed in a PC and has a hidden partitons

Thanks a lot for your reply, I will check the link you mentioned but I want to tell you that this hard disk is brand new first time to use with this DM800, so if you have any comment please let me know.

I reed all the article in the link you give me actually I am not a professionals and I don't know how to change the FSTAB you said so can you please give me the exact steps how to do that

You will find the fstab file with a FTP program it located at etc/fstab

Highlight it then right click it and select edit, alter it and then save reboot your 800.
