Hustler HD on hotbird ?

I have new 8 channel card 7 channels are ok only Hustler HD either freezes or does not open.
Is it problem with channels or my setup?

Works fine for me, with out a log and your configs how is anyone meant to help.

It was a config problem and this is the right config I post it so may help someone.
