i can,t send patches to it
it writes E-Ad
the information of the reciver

please tell me what i can do
and send any files

means E-Ad .....Invalid address Humax made the hdf file with wrong address. Pls notify this error to us and wait until we release the proper software

download the original hot to your receiver and taking into account the system id

i have downloaded the said loader above yet my receiver can't be detected,is their any method on how the receiver can be detected i.e offing the recever first before connecting with the loader.thanks m8

Thanxs for the help m8s,but Iam a newbee on Humax,can any one send the correct loader that I will use?My Hummy 5400Z is still showing H2.08,Iam using 232rs cable from my desktop to HUMMY.Thanxs

check ur cable pls it is nullmodem?
if not then make it , open one end and remove 2 and 3 wire then solder again 2 in 3 and 3 in 2

did u change ur system id? recently did u load any new firmware?
check antenna setting or signal quality
if signal quality and signal strength is ok then load again latest firmware and try again
