How to set HDMI output resolution

Sorry if this question was answered elsewhere.
Got a new VU+ Duo Box today. Official Image 5.4 installed.
Most things seem to work, but how can I set the HDMI output resolution. The box always outputs 720p. I tried different stations like BBC HD or STV HD and different FullHD TV sets. All other receivers I know allow to specifiy or override the HDMI format. Is there another image with better HD output control ?

BBC HD is transmitted at 720p if i remember correctly.

To alter your HDMI settings on your remote

Menu-setup-system-AV settings.

As for better image well you need to install a Group Image anyway, for me use VTI or the Giant image.

After flashing the image again I can now adjust the DVI/HDMI resolution (setup option was not available during initial installation).

Btw. BBCHD / BBC1HD transmits in 1440*1080I, STVHD in 1920*1080I.

Will try an alternate image.

There is no option for HDMI there under the original image.

Is it not there as DVI , i assumed it would be!
